For non-subscription downloads, refunds will be automatically issued for any race cards which do not run due to cancelation. Please note that we cannot issue a refund if at least one race on said card runs and is made official by the presiding racing authority. Refunds will appear as non-charges on the next month’s billing invoice.
For subscription-based downloads, direct refunds cannot be granted due to the nature of unlimited downloads and the contract with our data provider. A store credit, however, may be issued to the subscriber at the sole discretion of Value Tech, Inc. This store credit may be used for future downloads, both subscription and non-subscription alike.
Subscriptions, by default, will automatically renew on the same day each month. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time by contacting support@posttimedaily.com, or through your account page: https://billing.posttimedaily.com/customer/account/subscriptions.
Software
All software is sold with a 60-day, full money-back guarantee. If for any reason you do not like the product, simply return all media (CDs, DVDs, etc.) along with its associated security device (dongle) for a full refund.
