After 28 Days, Saratoga Numbers Still Solid

Ontrack business at the current Saratoga meet after 28 days continues to run ahead of comparable figures for 2010, the New York Racing Association reported Aug. 22 as the fifth week of the meet ended.
Total attendance was 632,600, up 3.7% from 609,943 in 2010, while ontrack pari-mutuel handle totaled $85,582,029, up 9.9% from $77,862,507 last year.
