Ky. legislators reject horse race drug ban – UPI.com
FRANKFORT, Ky., Aug. 28 (UPI) — A Kentucky legislative committee has overwhelmingly rejected a bill by the governor to ban giving anti-bleeding drugs to horses on the day they race.
The panel turned down the proposal Monday by a vote of 19 to 1, The (Louisville, Ky.) Courier-Journal reported.
