Nearly every conceivable measure of racetrack business increased year-over-year during the Tampa Bay Downs 2010-2011 live meeting, including record total handle for a second consecutive year.Tampa Bay Downs concluded its 90-day meet on May 7 with total handle of $411,484,853, an 8% increase versus the 2009-2010 record of $380,988,872. Simulcast wagering on Tampa Bay races, handle per race, and number of turf races also all established records.
