Hollywood opens 24-day fall meet

Hollywood Park will begin its 32nd Autumn Meet Thursday, with post time at 12:30 p.m. (PST). Scheduled for 24 days through December 16, the meet is highlighted by four Grade 1 events and the annual Autumn Turf Festival (November 23-25).
Two of the Grade 1 events are on grass and part of the Festival — the $250,000 Matriarch and the $250,000 Hollywood Derby. Both races will be run November 25.
